FBI alleges suspect 'deployed an incendiary device outside' federal building

The FBI announced that a fishy was taken into custody aft deploying an incendiary instrumentality extracurricular a national gathering successful New York City connected Monday morning.

Video footage shows national agents, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, connected the scene.
