The Delaware County District Attorney's Office said astir 8 p.m. connected Tuesday, constabulary were conducting surveillance of Mount Moriah Cemetery "when they observed the suspect’s car with numerous bones and skulls successful plain presumption successful the backmost spot of the vehicle."
